Subject: The title is somewhat cryptic, don't you agree?
Ed, a man with a SERIOUS parting of the hair-do, goes into his brother's lab, and starts wondering, as we all do, about Bacteria. From there comes this typical science film made for high school kids about them bacteria. There are good bacteria and bad bacteria, see how they feed! see how they multiply! If this all sounds boring and not worth your time, well, you're right! :P
